MAY - JUNE PROMOTION & HOT SALE

Discounts of up to $74,000 MN (Seventy-four thousand pesos 00/100 National Currency) on the purchase of a KAVAK Vehicle, only applies to Vehicles indicated with promotion.

The selected Vehicles may be visited both within the Website www.KAVAK.com/mx , as well as in our different exhibition centers.

This promotion is valid from May 02, 2022 to June 05, 2022 , applies up to a maximum of 4 (four) purchases per customer. (adults).

Promotion valid by removing your vehicle only during the days of validity indicated in the previous paragraph. Additionally, the payment must be completed either by cash method within 72 (seventy-two) hours after the section or in case of choosing the purchase by months, the initial payment must be completed within 24 (twenty-four) hours after to the approval of the profiling to access a payment plan by the Banking Institution or, where appropriate, Kavak Capital.

The buyer must provide KAVAK with all the necessary documentation to be able to carry out the transaction or, where appropriate, to be able to obtain the approval of the profiling to access a payment plan for the purchase in months.

The price that prevails with the final discount applied to the vehicle will be solely and exclusively the one published on the page www.KAVAK.com/mx , without prejudice to any other price that may be attached to the Vehicle or that is displayed by KAVAK during the validity of the any other way. Therefore, KAVAK reserves the right to make price changes during the buying and selling process.

All Vehicles with promotion indicated during the validity will be subject to availability. Vehicles with promotion published on the page www.KAVAK.com/mx may not be available in our exhibition centers.

The communication during the term will refer to the general promotional activity of KAVAK, without committing a fixed amount of discounts to a particular vehicle. The following terms will be used to communicate discounts on the price published on our Website: Special prices, promotion and its derivatives.

This document contains the general terms and conditions applicable to access and/or use of the Services offered by UVI TECH, SAPI DE CV (hereinafter KAVAK ) to its Clients, through the website www.kavak.com/mx (the “ Website ”); and/or in the applications for mobile devices owned by KAVAK (the “ Mobile Application ” or the “ Mobile Applications ”); and/or any other part and/or extension of the Platform; and/or personally and in person at one of its Authorized Centers and/or Exhibition Centers or Showrooms.

Any person who wishes to access or who accesses, through any means authorized by KAVAK, the services in general offered by KAVAK, described in these Terms and Conditions (the “ Services ”), or who wishes to access and/or make use of the Website; and/or access and/or use the Mobile Applications; and/or access and/or use any other means that KAVAK authorizes for such purposes (collectively referred to, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions as the “ KAVAK Platform ” or the “ Platform ”), will be subject to the Terms and Conditions together with with all other policies and principles that govern KAVAK and that are incorporated herein by reference.

In the event that any person does not wish to submit to these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from accessing and/or using the KAVAK Platform, as well as from accessing or attempting to access, through the Platform and/or any means authorized by KAVAK, to the Services that KAVAK offers its Clients.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY KAVAK TO ITS CUSTOMERS, THROUGH THE KAVAK PLATFORM, AND/OR IN PERSON AT ITS AUTHORIZED CENTERS.

The General Terms and Conditions of access and/or use of the Services offered by KAVAK to its Clients, through the Website, and/or the Mobile Applications, and/or any other part and/or extension of the Platform; and/or personally and in person at any of its Authorized Centers and/or Exhibition Centers or Showrooms, published on the Platform; (hereinafter, the “ Terms and Conditions ”), are binding between You (the “ Lessee ”, the “ Exchanger ”, the “ Client ”, the “ User ”, and/or the “ Seller ”) and KAVAK (together , referred to as the “ Parties”), therefore, constitute a total agreement between both Parties for the use of the Website, and/or the Mobile Applications, and/or any other extension of the KAVAK Platform, including the provision of the services that KAVAK offers. available through the KAVAK Platform and/or in any other way that KAVAK authorizes or makes available to provide them.
